This Campaign Finance Compliance and Disclosure Guide has been developed to assist all reporting entities navigate the various regulatory paths established by Ohio law. Each of the 16 chapters included herein have been written to discuss specific entity-types or areas of campaign finance activity and can serve as a map for the reader to understand each area of regulation and reporting applicable to their circumstance. Applicable sections of state law, as well as all relevant administrative rules, are included in the Guide. Additionally, the forms and instructions for filing campaign finance reports in paper form are provided. Further resources include filing calendars and a current contribution limit chart.
