Voter Deadlines

• 09/30/2008 - Absentee/Vote by Mail opens
• 10/06/2008 9:00 p.m. - Close of registration
• 11/01/2008 12:00 noon - Applications for absentee/vote by mail ballot deadline
• 11/03/2008 7:00 p.m. - Absentee ballot voting in person at Board of Elections deadline
• 11/03/2008 - All Vote by Mail ballots mailed anywhere in the U.S. must be postmarked on or before this date and received at the Board of Elections on or before November 14th in order to count.
• 11/04/2008 - All Vote by Mail ballots returned in person must be received at the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m.
  - All overseas Vote by Mail ballots must be postmarked on or before this date and received on or before November 14th in order to count.
